Vale Gary Fagan

We are sad to report the sudden passing of Gary on the 13^th April – particularly as he had just renewed his official’s licence to be able to make a Recovery Team comeback.

Gags was a member of PIARC's Hazard Squad (the precursor the today’s Reco Team) from 1998 and then worked at 132 events with the Team between 1991 and 2008.

It is understood that the cause was a blood clot leading to heart failure. In accordance with Gary's wishes, there will be no funeral held – perhaps the odd get-together at some appropriate time.
